This is the absolute best Chinese food I've ever had in my life, I don't care if it's fusion or authentic, but the taste, seasoning, temperature & portion is great for the price.
Also the server Eva is very attentive and has great customer service skills.
Annie is nice as well.
Y'all just gained a loyal customer, I'll be coming often!

The portions are too big.
Not a problem if you want to eat a lot of one thing, but if you like different textures and temperatures to your food, you’ll have to order a couple things for variety.
Be careful if you do that - the server will ask you if you’re ordering a lot of food to meal prep for a couple days.
They’ll also ask you if you still want the accompaniments to the dishes.
Everything on the menu is family sized but none of the dishes really stand up on their own. The chongqing chicken is delicious.
It’s very crispy, spicy, and flavorful.
It’s a dry fried dish with chilies, ginger, and peanuts. The lo mein portion could feed 3. The vegetables are crisp tender and brightly colored.
It came out steaming hot.
The sauce is mild and doesn’t cling to the noodles, so it doesn’t stand alone without an accompanying dish.
Tastes mostly of oil and regular concentrated soy sauce - no dark soy or oyster sauce.
The noodle texture is perfectly done, though. I’m happy to support the business as an adult who can afford a variety of plates, and yes, someone who will no doubt have leftovers tomorrow.
I think the ratings are probably too high for this one, though.
