Spacious and inviting dining areas Cons: food didn’t look or taste fresh, our server was totally confused: forgot to cut the corn, came to our table with a corn stick in hand while looking somewhere else and not paying attention where the stick was going/hitting!! It took us couple of reminders to finally get any additional item.

Yuck! Restaurant and food quality went down hill fast! Watch for the tumble weeds. Ordered santa Fe salad thinking I'm eating semi-healthy.
Salad had jalapeños in it, and they served it with jalapeño juice dressing.
YIKES.
I have severe gastrointestinal issues, and no doubt this messed me up!!! Customer service called and apologized.
Said I'd get a restaurant credit but never did. Stupid me....
I forget easily and ordered with Chili's again....
hopeful for a redemption.
No luck 😪 Ordered appetizer sampler, which included sliders.
Again, I customized the order and picked it up for them to royally screw up my order again. If it's 12am and you're drunk, this is the place to be.
If you're like the rest of us...
keep it moving....
Jack in the crack down the street is 1000% better than what you get here.
At least you get your money's worth there.

I have to love this place if only because it is the favorite restaurant of my daughter.
But it is nice that they have options which I enjoy as well, such as shrimp fajitas which are very good here (their Cajun pasta is also pretty decent). My daughter usually gets the same thing, a macaroni and cheese which just has to be in that style, or else she wouldn't eat it, along with Mandarin oranges. Most importantly though, for it to be the perfect dinner for my daughter, it has to end with the molten chocolate cake which only Chili's knows how to make the way she likes. The place is very spacious and clean and the service is always excellent, they always make sure that we are satisfied.
Sometimes there's a bit of a wait , but now they finally have started seating in the bar again since the pandemic, and there's usually almost no wait to sit in the bar. I definitely recommend this place for families, but is also good for a group of adults since they have some nice drinks and plenty of decent appetizers.
