Had a bit of a wait to get seated, waitress told us before hand they were short staffed so it would take a bit longer than usual so that was appreciated.
I got the ultimate Cajun pasta and it was awesome although I thought I don’t think the shrimp goes with it.
Otherwise a good time and great waitress!

Update 3/21: we came back and the food was horrible! Look at the pictures of our triple fajitas this time! Forget everything I said about consistent in quality and quantity.
This was disgusting.
Everything was overcooked and actually burned! Ok fire this cook and rehire whomever was cooking last time we came here! Look at the difference between the pics of our last visit! The burned food is from 3/21 and the good food was from last week.
Cmon Chilis!!!! What the heck….good thing my dogs will eat just about anything. I dropped this review by 2 whole stars. Review from 3/14: We both had the mix and match fajitas with shrimp, chicken and steak.
Everything was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. Service in the bar area was prompt and courteous. We opted out of the beans and the tortillas and instead got steamed broccoli and asparagus, both of which were moist and crisp. We didn’t get drinks this time but I do like their sangria a lot and presidente margaritas. The thing I like most about Chilis is the consistency in the amount of food and the flavor. I do like Chilis better than Applebee’s.
