Chili's Grill & Bar

This chilis location was one of my favorite to come too.
I didn't live that far growing up and was a regular.
Stopped by for the first time in a while and I was shocked on how low the quality of the food was.
I can't say a word about the service the lady was good and friendly.
I ordered the fajita trio the taste and quality of the meat was not good.
I did eat the chicken and shrimp but the beef was the worst.
The fajita almost looked like they boiled it to cook .
Did not have the traditional grilled look or taste.
Some of the beef was medium well which isn't bad on a steak but for me the fajitas need to be well done .
The rice was not good either it had that you cooked it and let it cool down and got reheated in a microwave.
This location isn't a Chilis you need to stop at if you're looking for a good experience.
This location is hurting the chilis brand.

I believe the server had a real hearing problem.
Poor thing, my friend wanted water with lemon slice.
She got lemonade.
It was my birthday, I got a small sirloin server asked if I wanted to add shrimp, great idea, I would like fried.
Well they were not fried.
When I inquired, the server said, "that's not an option".
She said she didn't hear me say fried.
Ok, well I don't want them.
Nothing done.
Might as well eat my steak.
It was nearly tasteless.
But the clincher, my knife was so not clean.
There went my appetite. Anyway, I put the food in a to go box.
I have to admit, the next day, I cut up the meat put in a frying pan, put the loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli, added my spices, WOW, GREAT. Would or will I go back? To get takeout, yes.
I will never eat in again.

Went here on a Saturday at 4pm.
We were sat down quickly and our waitress asked for our drinks.
We got the 3 for Me where you get a drink, a salad, and a burger for $10.99.
The food came out quickly, with our salads being first.
The salad was fresh and a great way to start a meal.
The burger was juicy, and tender.
Overall good experience.
Will return.
