Chili's Grill & Bar

Our server Olivia was great on 05/16/2024.
She handled multiple tables very well and we never felt neglected.
We visited for Happy Hour, however, there were not many happy hour specials.
We were told the specials were at the bar but after moving we saw they only had a small selection of drink specials with no food specials.
We ordered the Triple Dipper- Nashville Hot crispers, Fried Mozzarella and Big Mouth Bites(stole the show and better than the Rancher burger ordered.) The Brisket quesadilla was delicious! The Margarita of the Month is the Watermelon Spritz which was very refreshing.
All in all, I'd return but not for Happy Hour.

Went here around 7:00 for dinner me my husband and my 5 year old daughter I ordered a burger the burger was awful it was so dry and hard it was terrible I did let the waitress know he just looked and was like oh I'm sorry I was so tired from a long outing that day that I didn't even feel like going back and forth i just didn't eat it.
It literally hurt trying to swallow that burger.My husband had the philly which wasn't all that.
They need to get some good cooks so people can enjoy their dinner, and waitresses who know how to address an situation like this.
Me personally ill never visit this location again

Only giving this an overall 2 star rating because our server was nice, but… We got sat rather quickly which was great because they werent too busy…there was a large group here for a birthday party, but there were plenty of servers working the restaurant. Our order was taken quickly as well so seemed it would be great. Wrong. We got drinks but had to wait until our food came before we were even able to get someone close enough to ask for straws.
All of our food came at one time appetizer entrees all of it. When we got the food, we didn’t have silverware or napkins, we had to track someone down for those. My husband needed a refill on his water…we hoped someone would come by and ask for a refill…nope…had to track someone down.
Then when they took his water to refill, they didn’t bring it back for about 10 minutes.
We had to track someone down. Then when we finally finished our food, we sat for another almost 30 minutes (we already been there over an hour) before anyone would bring us our check.
We went as far as trying to pay on the kiosk that sit on the tables but it’s grayed out.
We had to ask the front of house hostess to get our check and then she had to track someone down. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time that our experience hasn’t been good, I just thought it had gotten better since there hasn’t been a hiring sign up for a while.
I was wrong.
I hope they are able to fix their issues.
My husband who isn’t hard to please and love Chilis said he won’t be back.
