Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Zaxby’s you must do better! My wife and I decided to swing through here while we were nearby.
She requested a #1 and I asked for a #2 with four chicken strips.
Clearly one of us was a little hungrier.
My meal was smaller than her’s.
One of my chicken strips might have been a nugget but it was not very big.
My serving of fries was the saddest portion that I have ever received from any Zaxby’s.
I paid more and basically got nothing for it.
It has been a minute since I have been to Zaxby’s, and I can’t say I’ll be back if this is the new standard operating procedure.
Very disappointed. The two ladies that took my order and served me were courteous and pleasant, they are the only nice thing about this visit.

Although, the service I received from the cashier that took my order was great.
The Food was cold and tasty old.
The food made my mother and son sick l.
The restroom was horrible, couldn't lock stall in woman bathroom, no paper towel to dry hands, paper over floor and floors slippery in both bathrooms.
The staff was very unprofessional.
The drink machine was horrible also.
It was a young man in the dining area sleep at back table with his hand in his pants.
All the food was cold and tasted old.
I wasted a little over $60 dollars.
The bread I think was from yesterday.
The parking lot area needed some attention.
Lastly the floors was so slippery a man had to help catch my mother from falling and she was walking with her walking cane.

This place has very poor customer service and the food reflects just that!!!… I don’t even eat meat so I get my fries and my daughters and mine were cold…however I tried to check them before I was rudely ushered away from the window!! Then not to mention the egg rolls they was not cooked properly..
(under cooked) threw them out!! the cashier had the nerve to give me ranch with the eggs rolls… when the sign clearly said they come with sweet and spicy sauce… so I get out the car go in only to be told they were out of the sauce!!!..ma’am you should have told me that upon ordering!!! Terrible I hate it here!!! Trash service!!!all around make zaxby look bad as bleep!!!
