Chihuas Mexican Grill Food Truck is a gem in Aurora! 🌟 Their Colorado breakfast burrito is a must-try - perfectly sized with a cheesy char, all for just $7! The El Cartel breakfast burrito is possibly the best I've had in years, leaving me satisfied all day.

The street tacos were absolutely fantastic, bursting with flavor. I couldn't resist the quesabirria either - crispy, juicy, and paired with a delicious consomé. The service is impressively fast, even during lunch rush.
