This chick fila really needs to do better.
They will have a ton of orders ready for pick-up and they'll keep walking like we're not standing there waiting on order pick-up.
The drivers can't just go behind the counter to get the food.
Delivery drivers are waiting way longer than there wait time to pick food, that's already ready behind the counter.
Then customers questioning why there food is cold by the time they receive.
The chick fila on the next exit does a way better job at getting food out to drivers.
Many of the associates walk around like they dont want to be there.

If this location were someone's first or only experience with Chick-Fil-A, they would likely never try them again.
However, this location is consistent.
Consistently slow, consistently gets orders wrong, consistently not as good as others. Why do I go here you ask? Because the good location is closed for renovation and if I need my chicken fix, this is where I have to go.
They're still better than the Zaxby's across the bridge, just frustrating to have such long waits and still fail to get any order correct.

let me tell you this is the best dining experience i have ever had.
I am a local and have been to chick-fil-a many times but this past time was an experience like no other.
I walked in to order my food and the server was the most pleasant person i’ve every met.
Then when my food was brought out they were so pleasant and kind.
And of course the food was amazing as always but this time i got the macaroni and cheese and it was amazing.
Let’s just say chick-fil-a on bass has my heart.
