I recently stopped by Chick-fil-A on Tom Hill Sr Blvd during a road trip, and while my experience was a mixed bag, there were definitely highlights!

The cashier, Lauren, was an absolute gem - her energy and friendliness brightened my day, especially in the sweltering heat. 🌞

However, the wait time for our orders stretched to nearly 40 minutes and they forgot my sandwich. While the nuggets were tasty, the sauce situation was a bit disappointing, with only one provided per meal.

Clean restrooms and a pleasant environment helped redeem the visit. I’d give it another shot, hoping for a smoother experience next time! 🍗
