I don’t know about the negative reviews but I do get a lot of food here and haven’t had any problem.
Staff is friendly, courteous and they are young people really trying to please, I can see the effort in their work.
Anyhow, I love their menu and their chickin sandwiches are always the best.

Today was my son's birthday and we wanted to take him to a nice place, but he decided he wanted to celebrate 🥳 by eating Chick-fil-A.
This was the closest location for us.
Kids were eating, and my son had the urge to use the restroom.
We asked for the code, and the employee denied giving me the code.
Even though he saw my kid, he did not give it to me.
He asked for the receipt as proof, but i did not have it on hand, but i did show him what we purchased, and still he said no.
Another employee that i think was on her break and was sitting next to us was kind to get up and open the door for him.

I had Chick-fil-A only once about 9 years ago, and today a friend gifted me a sandwich.
The deluxe chicken sandwich was okay, but I'm glad I checked and threw away the lettuce.
