9/29/2023 Beyond upset! Hair in my son’s Mac&cheese.
As you can see, he already ate some of the food.
I wish I would have checked my food before driving all the way home before realizing this.
The standards at this Chick fila has decreased.
If you are handling food, then wear hairnets and gloves!!!

I don’t usually complain but I got the wrong salad.
(This wasn’t a big deal, since a salad is a salad) but then I look at my wife’s meal and her sandwich is missing a bun.
Like come on lol.
How? Is my question.
Mister Bob Bangs was the operator on receipt. Update: Issue was resolved and a professional team member (Mrs Merideth) contacted me to fix the problem.
Mistakes happen, maybe someone was having a long day! Overall a 4 but service is 5 out of 5!
