This chain is a well oiled machine! Food arrived fast and hot.
Their grilled chicken nuggets are wonderful.
Service was exceptional; very friendly.
Family friendly so bring the kids.
And they have the best, most efficient drive through on the planet.
Highly recommend and I will return often.

Come here every now and then on my lunch break.
The girls they have taking orders always mumble and seem to have an attitude.
Several times when handed my food, I've asked if the receipt is in the bag.
Which has always been answered by a Yes.
Not a single time has it been in there.
The worst experience I had with this place was when I decided to pick up dinner for me and my girlfriend after work.
Very simple order, 2 combo meals.
I get home to realize they literally put nothing in the bag except the chicken nuggets, which were fried and not even grilled like we had asked.
I was so pissed after driving 30 minutes home, that I went back because I'm not getting cheated out of my money, especially when their prices have gotten a bit out of hand these days.
And when I returned they had 2 employees in the parking lot feeling up on each other in broad daylight.
Arguably the worst Chick Fil A around

I have never had one bad experience at any Chick fil A.
The food is always hot, fresh and yummy.
The emoloyees are always polite and tell you it was their pleasure serving you today.
Not sure why, but that means more to me than a simple thank you.
It just does.
The establishment is always clean.
And the service is fast and accurate.
IMO, all companies should adhere to their training, motto and values.
