I recently visited the Chick-fil-A on the University of Houston campus and, well, it was a mixed bag. 🤔

The Grilled Chicken Sandwich was disappointing, featuring a lukewarm chicken patty and what seemed like stale lettuce. The staff informed me that napkins were too "expensive" to provide, which left me baffled!

On the plus side, the line moved quickly, and I enjoyed the frosted lemonade. However, they don't accept the Chick-fil-A One rewards here, and the wait times can be frustrating - one time I waited 40 minutes only to discover my order went to someone else with the same name!
