Ordered a Grilled Chicken Sandwich at the Chick-fil-A that is inside the University of Houston Main Campus.Upon opening the sandwich, my sandwich only had a piece of semi-colded grilled chicken and a piece of unfresh lettuce (stale) in between buns bread.🤬 Furthermore, employees refused to provide any napkins with the purchase order and said that napkins are expensive so that this Chick-fil-A restaurant at this particular location couldn't afford to order it.Employees also said that this is an order given by their manager's manager.😤 In addition, the price of each item on the menu board at this location is more expensive than all other Chick-fil-A locations.You can use the Chick-fil-A official app to do the price comparison. Stay far, far, far, far away from this Chick-fil-A location by all means!
Won’t ever come to this location again.They do not do the Chick-fil-A One rewards.One time I also waited over 45 mins just for nuggets and fries only to realize they completely skipped over my order.Go to the one on Wayside and I-45 instead.
Honestly I just don’t understand how you can mess up a single order MULTIPLE times like I can’t bother to keep going up there and telling them they messed up the order anymore…
