I ordered double pickles on my sandwich and was incredibly disappointed. Tried to rectify this through the app, but the app had no way for me to file a complaint.So here we are.It's a simple request and if they can't get that right, what else are they getting wrong?
This new flavor Lemonade tastes really good! BUT they are so wrong for selling this thing for almost $4 they only have this size cup but fill it up with ice.I literally just took 2 sips 🤣 I’m so disappointed
I went to place my order that was read to the drive thru assistant because my family had text me what they wanted. Unfortunately I trusted that everything I ordered was given to me, but I got home I realized that my son’s sandwich and fries were missing.I dropped off the food I did have so my family can start eating dinner.I called and I spoke to the manager Avery and let him know what was missing and he asked if I wanted to come back to get it and I told him that I was already on my way.I got there to pick up my order, which honestly I thought that it would be free of charge due to the inconvenience.But instead he said that he had to charge me for the missing items because I wasn’t charged for them.I’m not looking for any kinds of handouts but at this point I feel like he should’ve waived the $8.70 since it was their mistake.But then I get home to finally eat my dinner to find out that they also forgot my creamy salsa for my salad.I tried to make it work with my own dressing but I truly was too upset to eat.After I called Avery and complained about my missing salad dressing and he told me to just go back and pick some up.Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be returning to that Chick-fil-A anytime soon.
