I am utterly disappointed and disgusted by my recent experience at Chick Fil A.We ordered food from there, and I discovered what appeared to be a hair in my fries, which looked suspiciously like either a pubic hair or a beard hair.This discovery not only ruined my meal but also left me deeply unsettled. Hygiene and food safety are paramount when dining out as well with ordering for delivery, and finding such an unpleasant surprise in my food is unacceptable.It not only reflects poorly on the restaurant's cleanliness standards but also raises serious concerns about food handling practices.Here is a picture of what i found.
We went through the drive through around dinner time and therefore it took a bit of time to make it through the line, but we did get our food and it was hot and fresh.We sat in the parking lot to eat it for a minute and it was very tasty!! Just love Chick-fil-A sandwiches, nuggets, and fries.Honestly, it's all so good.
The drive-thru is as fast and efficient as ever! The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious.The staff is friendly, polite, and genuinely seems to enjoy their work.It's always a pleasure to visit!
