I went into this location for the first time for breakfast and was several cents short for my order.
The lovely Ms.
Katherine at Register 2 dug into her own pocket and added the difference 🫂🌹.
Beautiful spirit and awesome customer service.
My food was fresh, hot and delicious.
I will be back.

It always takes forever and if you have a gluten allergy, they make a mistake about half the time and give you a regular bun.
Also, most recent visit I was given food covered in mold.

Visited this location twice during my visit to Atlanta, with both visits resulting in grave disappointment.
To start, the “Chick-Fil-A Attitude” has been long dead and buried at the Peachtree Center location.
The workers have but a shred of urgency and pride in their work.
I ordered using the mobile app on both occasions, only to be lead on and lied to by the “ready” and “preparing” screen.
My order was displayed under the ready category within 5 minutes, only for the order to not be called out for another 15.
This has not been a problem at any other CFA location I have ever visited.
I looked on in horror as I saw countless orders piling up on the counter, without hearing a single name called for minutes.
To add insult to injury, this entire fiasco happened without the presence of a drive through window, meaning the entire manpower of the location was focused on screwing the pooch at the front desk.
