September 19, 2024I visited Chick-fil-A on Post Oak Rd recently, hoping for a delightful fast-food experience. 🍗 While the food, like the classic Original Chicken Sandwich, was up to par, the service left much to be desired.
The staff seemed distracted and not their usual friendly selves. I experienced a mix-up with my order, which took longer to resolve than expected. I appreciate the accessibility features and casual atmosphere, but the service needs improvement.
If you're in the area, it might be worth trying another location for that renowned Chick-fil-A hospitality...!
