DO NOT ORDER FRIES!! I placed drive through order for southwest salad & small fries for my kid. The salad was as expected but the fries were NOT, hence the title. I checked when I got the order in hand, fries were hot so thought it’s not good idea to eat right away When I checked after 15 mins, the bag had either the ends of potatoes or small broken parts of waffles ( I could find only one whole waffle, posted pic of lucky one 🙈) It was such disappointment for me and my kid Since it was drive through I can’t go back and ask for change In conclusion, my drive-through adventure left me yearning for the waffle fries of yesteryear.With a touch of humor and a sprinkle of sarcasm, I trust that Chick-fil-A's management will rise to the challenge and restore the full waffle glory to their beloved fries. I absolutely love the Team at this location! Everyone I’ve interacted with, are always professional, caring and top notch service.I am currently disabled, it takes me a bit to get to my door.Every time I receive my order, they are waiting for me with a smile and patience❤️ I also have a fur baby whom wants to run out every time my door opens.Every team member that has delivered to my home, always helps with getting Oliver back in my home.Thank you from my entire heart for always making me and Oliver feel like we are the utmost importance of your day!
