Nestled in the Richmond Public Market, Chef Liu Kitchen is a delightful escape into Taiwanese comfort food. I tried the spicy intestines combo, which came with a generous portion of rice and three sides - plenty for a satisfying meal! The tofu was hearty, and I particularly enjoyed the black bean string beans.

While the flavors leaned a bit towards the salty side, the food was comforting after a long day. Their Taiwanese beef noodle also caught my eye, making this a spot I’ll revisit often! 🍲
