Chef Jose Salazar's Goose & Elder in Findlay Market is a hidden gem for hamburger lovers! 🍔

The casual vibe and friendly service make it perfect for a family meal. We tried the Monte Cristo made with delightful French toast - definitely a highlight! The Carlos dish with savory goetta was fantastic, and the crispy bacon was the cherry on top. The drinks, especially the Espresso Martini, were refreshing!

While the decor felt a bit dated, the food more than makes up for it. Just don’t order the fries - they were a miss! Overall, a great experience worth trying... 🌟
