Met the owner yesterday at a trade show.
He gave us coupons for free empanadas.
I love empanadas.
I'm a Mexican American from Texas but these are the best empanadas I've ever had.
They stamped the flavor on the shell.
I got the pineapple cheesy bacon and the Mexican chorizo.
Both were amazing.
I will email him and get some shipped to Texas cause I have to eat these again.

I can't say enough good things about Che Chori!! It's not often I go to a restaurant and EVERYTHING on the menu sounds amazing- but I would try every single thing on their menu!! My partner got the guava & cream cheese empanada (it's not something I'd order as I don't care for cream cheese).
I will recommend that filling all day to everyone!! They even brand the filling flavor on the empanada so you know what you're taking a bite out of- genius!! There's no indoor seating, but you can walk in and order or go through the drive thru and get your order curbside, or sit outside where there's several picnic tables.

I recently bought a whole porchetta for a dinner party.
It was delicious and a great price.
Order and pickup were easy.
