Racine needs to figure out how to get people out and about. Chartroom could be a pretty decent spot especially in the evening/ night as it sits right up against a lock...bay...I don't know what you call it, but it has potential. It was nice to sit and watch the boats, unfortunately for us it was a bit cold and windy so we couldn't enjoy the patio to its fullest. Our server was very nice and accommodating. We appreciated her patience. The food...is...well, fine? Its pretty much bar food, but maybe a little more upscale...a little. It filled our bellies so we can't complain. The inside is a bit lacking though. It has the makings to be a cool spot but lacks the details to really stand out. There isn't much inside that makes you feel like it's a unique bar and grill. Kind of just run of the mill. The bar is also a bit awkward as it's tucked back in one of the corners of the restaurant and if you come in from the side it's the first thing you're created by. The patio(s) are the best thing they have going for it.
Love that they reopened an iconic restaurant in Racine! A very nice, casual restaurant with REALLY good food, great service and beautiful views! There is outdoor dining that looks really comfortable and with beautiful views of The Harbor… it’s neat to see the boats coming in and out..sailing casually by.Fantastic!

Love the remodalation and also the team work with Bridge Tender Tavern. The patio looks like a mini golf course, how the inside, can look like the outside. So far I tried appetizer and they are delicious companion by a tasty drink.
