I ate at the Charley’s on 105th and Cicero yesterday and it was amazing! Sandwich was PACKED and well seasoned and hot.
Came to the mall with my fiancé today, we decided to grab a quick bite here.
Terrible! The bologna sandwiches at lockups have more meat than these.
The teriyaki was extremely salty/over done.
My fiancé’s sandwich had cold pieces of chicken in it.
Horrendous!

We wanted to grab a quick bite at a food court and really was not expecting much.
But the sandwich was fantastic and Gloria was very focused on customer service.
What a pleasant surprise...
Great job guys.

The manager was helping me out and my card didn’t go through and she paid for my meal and I didn’t want her to but she made me cry when u help others is makes the world a better place and she even gave me free fries too she’s so nice everyone is so nice and friendly and helpful too when u have a good group of employees ur customers are happy too
