Chaikhana is a casual spot that has potential if it can iron out some kinks. I tried the lamb pilaf, and while the meat was tender, the rice was a bit rubbery. The chicken shawarma was decent, though the accompanying fries were bland and unseasoned. The service was friendly, but the wait time for the soup felt excessive.

Still, I appreciate the diversity of flavors they’re bringing to Billings. Worth a visit for lunch - or a quick takeaway - if you’re craving something different! 🍽️
