Dinner at Buffalo Block was a delightful experience! The atmosphere was cozy and romantic, perfect for a special night out. I started with the Buffalo Tenderloin Carpaccio, which was beautifully presented and flavorful. For the main course, I tried the butter aged NY Strip - it was cooked to perfection and incredibly juicy. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, making sure we always had what we needed. The Amaretto Sour was a fantastic cocktail to end the meal. Can’t wait to return! 🍷
