I was in a party of three at 11 am on a Saturday.
The decorative atmosphere of this restaurant is fantastic.
The service and food were excellent as well.
I was pleasantly surprised by the bold flavors of the chips and salsa.
They had a smoky flavor that was different from many restaurants in Albuquerque.
I ordered the huevos rancheros with carne adovada.
I do not believe I have seen this combination offered at another restaurant in town.
The combination was excellent! Another in my party had the tamale plate, which he found very flavorful.
I highly recommend this restaurant and hope to eat here again soon.

First stop when I visit ABQ.
The burritos adovada were excellent! This is the place for authentic New Mexican food!

I enjoyed the food and getting to know the regulars.
But I am disappointed about the portion size for the queso and stew.Paid $5.00 for a monkey bowl size for queso.Paid $10 for a large bowl looked like a kid size small bowl.
I've been to other places and they give you a large for the same amount.
I like the place, but I probably won't spend much money there again.
