We haven't dined at Central Fish Market for years! We decided to stop by on Friday night and had an early dinner there.
Absolutely delightful and fresh.
Their portion is very generous, and their prices are way less than other restaurants. My Seafood Poke Bowl include a separate bowl of Spicy Ahi Tuna (they only offer spicy or non-spicy, with nothing in between).
The Spicy Ahi side is definitely SPICY 🌶🌶🌶 Overall they were the freshest seafood we have ever had in Fresno.

Love this place I really like sushi and I learned to make sushi rolls at home I have a big appetite and if I go out to eat I end up spending $75 to $100 dollars at a restaurant But this place has sushi grade fish and they pack it in ice for me so I can indulge myself and friends wonderful place.
Best fish in Fresno hands down you won’t get even close anywhere else.
You have to try it if you’re picky about the food you eat.
Simply the best!!!
