Central BBQ on Summer did not disappoint during our visit to Memphis! 🌟 The brisket was tender and smoky, and the mac and cheese was creamy perfection. We also enjoyed the smoked chicken, which was flavorful and juicy.

While the greens tasted a bit canned, the sweet tea was delightful, enhancing our Southern dining experience. The atmosphere was lively with fun memorabilia, and our server, Nene, was incredibly attentive, guiding us through the menu with great suggestions.

I would recommend ordering the BBQ sauce on the side if you prefer a lighter touch. Overall, a solid BBQ spot worthy of a visit! 🍗👏
