This place used to be The place to go if you wanted to enjoy traditional italian food.
Now it's just a place to go if you want to pay a good amount of money for basic pinsa/pizza and really bad pasta.
A few months ago the truffle Pinsa really had a lot of truffle on it but now, it is much smaller and with just a few ingredients on it.
The price remained the same.
Also we waited for 46 minutes for 2 Pinsa.
Shame on you, Cento! Avoid this restaurant.
