CAV Restaurant is a delightful find in Providence! The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between sophistication and comfort, making it an ideal spot for a special night out.

Their seared scallops were absolutely divine - perfectly cooked with a rich, velvety sauce that complemented the dish wonderfully. I also enjoyed their unique takes on classic cocktails, especially the smoked old-fashioned!

The staff was attentive without being intrusive, enhancing the overall experience.
