Presentation of our food looked perfect.
But the taste of our food was lacking.
My wife's Margarita flat bread was lacking in flavor.
The drizzle of balsamic glaze was the only thing that flavored it.
Being Cajun, I tried the shrimp Po-Boy.
It was too salty was no kick of any spiciness.
But my garlic fries were excellent.
Our server was excellent and funny keeping us entertained while it took forever for our food.

Love any restaurant that offers daily happy hour (Mon-Sat 3:00-6:00 and all day Sunday) but Cascadia takes it further and also offers daily drink specials including “Pint of the Night” on Fridays.
So many options for those with dietary restrictions including many vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes.
We enjoyed the steak and Caesar salads along with sides of garlic fries and curry mac & cheese.
Our server, Danielle, was particularly awesome.
Outdoor seating/patio also available.
Highly recommend dining here!

Excellent vegan fare.
Great flavors.
Creative, but comfortable.
A must for vegans in Spokane. Buff cauli taco: 11/10 Veg ranch: 10/10 Curry mac: 7/10 - a little too sweet for me, but salt and pepper straightened it out. TLTA: 9/10 - great sandwich.
Wants the ranch. Fries: 8/10 Buff cauli flatbread: 9/10 - taco is better, but mostly because the fb is a little too crunchy for me.
