Casa Rosa Restaurante is a delightful Tex-Mex gem! 🌮✨ The atmosphere is vibrant and cozy, complete with fresh pink roses on each table, which sets a cheerful tone.

I had the chicken and beef enchilada plates, and I must say, the beef enchiladas, topped with chile con carne, stole the show! They were so flavorful! The thin, crispy chips with homemade salsa were a perfect starter, too.

Service was friendly but could be quicker during busy hours. However, the enjoyable ambiance and delicious food more than made up for it. Can't wait to return! 🌟
