Carnitas y Tortas Ahogadas Guadalajara definitely left a mark on my taste buds during my visit to Reno! 🌟

The tortas ahogadas were simply perfection - crunchy bread that held up beautifully without getting soggy. The flavorful sauce was wonderfully balanced and definitely had a delightful kick! Their Tacos de Canasta are a must-try, but beware of the hot salsa!

I also enjoyed their champurrado, which was the best I've had - rich in flavor and perfect for the chilly weather. A little tricky to find the entrance, but well worth the effort! Can’t wait to return for their birria! 🌮❤️
