Horrible service.I came here for lunch.I got some chicken tenders. The wait was long. The young lady at the drive thru was very dismissive and didn’t give me any sauce. If wages are increasing for fast food workers, they really gotta learn to communicate. This girl should not be talking to customers with her attitude.Management needs to talk to their workers

I came to this Carl's Jr to get a bite to eat.The restaurant was surrounded with homeless people. Not much but few to make you uncomfortable. The begging for money gets annoying when your trying to get yourself something to eat! To top it off, 2 combos where over 30 bucks! Carl's Jr getting pricey especially in a spot where homeless people are always around 🙄 🤦♂️
I've been here before and it has been okay, but this time around I ordered a Double Western Bacon WITHOUT cheese. I explained my allergy to cheese and the cashier accurately entered my order. When the order arrived I got into the car, only to find cheese on my burger. I took it back in, and waited. I hear the cook confirm that this one is without cheese, so everything would be good to go. The people giving me a ride had things to do. I got into the car, as the driver started to back, I open the wrapper and cheese abounds. I went back in ready to depopulate the cook, but then I had to laugh, because when I told the cashier I didn't have the time to wait for a third try, and would like a refund for the Double Western ($11.42 including tax) and, of course she calls the manager to come up to handle my refund. He needed a moment to take his gloves and wash his hands, because he was the cook.
