Carlile’s Barbecue is an absolute gem! 🥩✨ I swung by for lunch and was immediately greeted by the super friendly staff. Their brisket is a must-try, but I highly recommend the pulled pork platter with baked beans and slaw - simply mouthwatering!

The onion rings and fried okra complemented my meal perfectly. And let’s not forget the delightful sweet tea served in those HUGE cups!

I also indulged in the special blackberry cobbler, which was the cherry on top of a fantastic meal. If you’re in Birmingham, don’t miss this hidden treasure! 🍽️
