With its welcoming vibe in the El Paraiso Shopping Plaza, Caribe Cafe is a solid choice for a laid-back meal. I indulged in their Boliche, a flavorful Cuban beef stew, which pairs well with the refreshing avocado salad. The prices are fair, and I appreciated the attentive service; the manager made sure everything was satisfactory. While there were some minor hiccups in the kitchen, overall, it was a satisfying experience. I’ll definitely return for more comfort food! 🌟
