Caribbean Sunshine Restaurant is a gem nestled in the Bronx! 🌴 The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, perfect for families or solo dining.

I indulged in their oxtail, which was succulent and falling off the bone, paired with perfectly seasoned jerk chicken that left me craving more. The portions are generous, easily doubling what I’d find at restaurants back in Jersey.

Plus, the staff is super nice and happy to explain the dishes - great for those unfamiliar with Jamaican cuisine. Don’t skip the porridge; it’s a treat any time of day! Can’t wait to return for more delicious comfort food! 🍽️
