We went in with high expectations and should have had medium expectations.Three of our meals were ok, one was cold and delivered late and the hamburger steak was cold.That could have been fixed if our server had come back and checked on us, he did not.On the positive side the manager did ask if she could correct the problems and removed the bad meal from the bill.If you are expecting average you won’t be disappointed.

Visited here around dinner time and was seated almost immediately upon arriving.Very pleasant waitress who was very accurate with our orders, needs, etc.The food was fresh and hot for the most part.The grilled scallops seemed to be on the smaller side, and they were overcooked.Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.Hoping Carey Hilliards will be around for many more years to come!

Whenever I travel to Savannah, CH is normally my 1st stop.I looked online to view the menu.I called and ordered a pickup.I ordered the Combo of 2 at $20.99.When I arrived to retrieve my order, the total was several dollars more than listed online.I brought it to the cashiers attention and then the manager on duty.I showed them that the menu online is completely different from the menu in the store in the store.ALL the prices were completely different.The manager stated he was aware of the discrepancy.He stated he spoke to the office about it, but they haven't fixed it, yet he did not adjust the price on my ticket.He concluded the conversation by saying, "Is there anything else I can help you with?".They just didn't seem to care.The lack of regard for customer service was very disturbing after being a 20-plus year patron of Carey Hillards.The actual price discrepancy wasn't the real issue for me.It was the lack of customer care.The portion size was very small.I am very disappointed in the brand in real time.
