Captain Wa is a solid choice if you’re craving good Chinese fast food! The portions are impressively generous; my three-item combo with rice and complimentary soup was more than enough for two! The deep-fried squid stood out as a favorite, while the honey garlic ribs were tasty too. Just a heads up - only cash is accepted. The casual atmosphere in Richmond Public Market adds to the experience. For a casual lunch, you can't beat the value here... 🍜
