I just had a recent visit on March 28, 2024 around 9pm and order a family meal.
The female on the speaker time was unwelcoming and seemed bothered to even take the order.
I ordered a 10 piece with double fries bread sticks and a small side of strain beans.
She pulled me up to wait and when the order came it was missing the strain beans and was given cold slaw.
When I went back around to ask for the correct item she stated they were close and not taking no more orders and it was 15mins before close time.
She truly need an attitude adjustment.
I am filing a complaint in the morning.
Taking a look at my receipt know and the employee name was Sierra.
She is at 103rd location and need to be fired

Usually not a bad unit, but today the cole slaw tasted foul, like it was spoiled or stayed out of temp range and put back.
Tried to call the store so someone there could try it or check, but no one answered.
Not sure what was going on, but didn’t want anyone to get sick.
If this is a new recipe…please switch it back.
(Not good.)
