The employees were absolutely unprofessional, rude to other customers, and slow with their service.
The woman working the drive-through used inappropriate and disrespectful language toward customers.
But the food was great.

This Captain D's location has consistently had poor service, employees with attitudes, an extremely slow line and stinky fish.
I stopped going for at least 4 or 5 months but drove in tonight because it looked empty and I hoped Captain D's had made some changes after so many complaints.
The food tasted ok but when I got home I realized the girl in the drive through didn't give me silverware or napkins.
🙄 I also got a stomach ache afterwards.

I asked my kid, what he wanted for dinner.
Even though he doesn't eat fish or seafood he does like Capt.
Ds chicken.
So I placed an order for Delivery.
1 Kids Meal chicken strips with fries and lemonade, 12 Shrimp and side of 12 Hushpuppies.
We waited over an hour because the location closest to us was unable to deliver.
So we had to order about 20 minutes away.
Understood but, he was so hungry and ready to eat and to open another box of hushpuppies instead of chicken and fries.
Was BEYOND unbelievable.
Leave out the shrimp or give me 2 kids meals and no hushpuppies I would have been cool.
However, to leave a Kids meal out.
That should have been double-checked ✔️✔️.
I Think yall may have lost my business for good...smh.
