Thank goodness I have mayo at home because I got NO mayo on my sandwich. Also thank goodness I ordered a side of thousand island dressing because there was literally two teaspoons of it. We ordered two cheesesteaks with hot peppers and we had to search for them. The Cole Turkey sandwich is all dark meat, I don’t like dark meat and would like to have known that. doesn’t say that in the description. I’ve tried to eat there a few times and order something different thinking it will be better but no.
As always food and service was friendly and quick.1st time at this location. It was festival with great Halloween 🎃 decorations.
I've maybe sent one meal in my life back. When I went back to complain on employees actually said it best."Man our guy did you dirty, that's literally a pinch".Perfectly worded by their own employee. The young man that made the sandwich (whom I tipped by the way) said that's how he was taught to make it and that's it.I told them I just thought I'd let them know and that was that. Meanwhile my sons tuna sandwich looked like it weighed a metric ton. Truthfully he's growing and I can do without the calories lol but seriously it was an embarrassment to Capriotti's.
