Dined at Canon in East Sacramento for my birthday and it was a delightful experience! 🎉 The ambiance is both cozy and chic, making it perfect for a celebratory meal. We enjoyed several share plates, and the highlights were the tender pork chop and the whole fried fish with pozole sauce - so flavorful! The cocktails were creative, and I loved the lemon pie, perfect for Pi day!

The only downside? It got a bit noisy inside, but the covered patio was warm and inviting despite the rain. Definitely plan to return! 🍴✨
