Dining at Canoe was a delight, and the stunning views from the 54th floor made it even more special. We started with the smoked trout appetizer, beautifully plated, followed by the braised lamb shank that melted in my mouth. While the flavors were generally impressive, I found the steak slightly underseasoned. The ambiance exudes sophistication, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. Perfect for a special occasion, I'll definitely return to enjoy the breathtaking skyline again! 🌆
