Very friendly staff and fast service, but both visits resulted in soaking wet food.
My first time, they completely doused the tortilla for my quesadilla with butter when it really only needs a light swipe for browning.
Then tonight, we went for Taco Tuesday and my shredded beef tacos were also soaking wet.
No effort was made to drain the beef before putting it in the shell and it totally ruined my meal.
Yes, I should have took them back, but it just wasn't worth complaining about it as I'm definitely not coming back.

The cleanliness of this restaurant is horrible.
All the food behind the glass looks old and is all uncovered.
There was white slime on the beverage machines, food all over the floor and flies.
There was barely any customers in line and about 6 people staffed.
The guy serving the food was nice but complained about being understaffed to customer which was odd.
The manager walked to the trash can to empty it with another employee and then they both walked away.
I don’t think anyone cleans.
I gagged looking at the soda machine.
I used to love cafe rio and the food was great but the conditions here and quality of service is deplorable.
