This was my first time eating here.
My waitress was Melanie.
She was absolutely amazing and attentive.
We had a nice size party and she didn't miss a beat.
Kept a smile on her face and kept us happy.
My food was very good and everything was served fresh.

So I am currently sitting in this restaurant and the food was off today.
So I ask if we can swap it out after only taking a small bite.
The waiter said no.
After that, we found a foreign object in the food.
The owner comes out after waiting in the back, talking to the waiter.
He comes out and says no, we exchange your food.
And proceeds to say the foreign object is some type of jewelry.
Now, how can someone come out and just start talking about the complaint without even asking what it is from the customer.
After that, the owner goes to another customer of another race to check on them.... Reply to owner Anyone can say they have been in business for 15 years.
Well, I have been in columbus Ga for over 30 years.
You have not been in columbus, to my knowledge that long.
You all have no customer service skills at all! When situations come about like this, this tells customers how a person really is.

We attempted to eat here about a year ago.
We were the only customers there at the time and the man who waited on us was incredibly rude.
We asked about vegetarian options for one of us and he proceeded to give us a lecture about how we shouldn’t have come to their restaurant if we wanted anything vegetarian.
My significant other is not vegetarian and wanted to try it out and I have never been to a place that has ever shamed me for being vegetarian.
Most places can accommodate with pasta or just making a meal without the meat that typically comes in it.
We felt very uncomfortable and very unwelcome.
Needless to say we left and will not go back. Update: got this response from the owner (see photo).
Just proving my point 🤷‍♀️
