Café Eclectic remains a cozy gem in Memphis! ☕✨ The ambiance is inviting, with cheerful staff making it a great brunch spot. I had the savory waffled, subbing bacon for turkey sausage - perfectly seasoned and satisfying. The vegan pancakes are a must-try; they were fluffy and delightful!

However, the chicken biscuit was a bit of a letdown - the chicken was small, and the biscuit was cold. Overall, I love the vibe and will definitely return, hopefully with some tweaks to the dishes. It still feels like a favorite! 🍽️
