Buzzard Billy's offers a delightful blend of American and Cajun flavors in a fun, man cave-inspired atmosphere. 🦐

I recently enjoyed their flavorful gumbo and crispy hush puppies, which were spot on! The chicken and sausage could've been less overcooked, but the generous portions made up for it. The alligator bites were a bit disappointing - more breading than meat.

The patio was perfect, and the attentive staff kept us happy despite the weekend crowd. A solid stop if you're in downtown Lincoln! Will definitely return for more... 🍽️
