It's rapidly gone downhill lately.
To get an undercooked burger with brown lettuce for over 10 dollars is so unacceptable.

Disappointed on this visit.
It was a sunny Easter Sunday.
I waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes.
Ordered a 3 piece halibut fish and chips, and a small chocolate hazelnut shake.
Bill was $19.88 Food was hot, halibut was breaded and deep fried, nothing special.
The milkshake tipped sideways before I received it, so it was messy. I like Burgerville.
I think they had staffing issues on my visit.
For the price and the experience, I will probably wait several months before returning.

If you're expecting "fast" food at this location, you won't get it here.
They were so slow, that people stuck in the drive through started honking their horns.
When I finally got to the window, there was confusion with my order and I got an extra drink.
The fries were nice and fresh, but the lettuce in the halibut sandwich should've been thrown out last week - it was shriveled and brown.

Even though the menu says pickles are included in the sandwich, there were none, and there was hardly a smear of mayo on the buns, making this a very dry sandwich.
This was a very disappointing eating g experience for me.
