Burgerteca has always had an amazing menu but now with the addition of the Margarita Garden, the menu is even more spectacular! I have to say right away that I am OBSESSED with the mac and cheese. There has never been a mac and cheese that has stolen my heart like this one.I look forward to every visit because I’m anxious to order it. However, we can’t stop there! The burrito bowl is another menu item that I’ve ordered numerous times and all I have to say is that Chipotle has NOTHING on this bowl. The ingredients are amazingly fresh and unlike other burrito bowls, this bowl is made with traditional Mexican rice and it makes all the difference. The nachos are also amazing and the chips manage to stay crispy despite the amazing toppings. This is a great starter for the table. Another great starter are the loaded asada fries. These fries are topped with their signature queso and I can’t even begin to describe how incredible all the different flavors taste and work together. Of course, chips and salsa are a MUST and the salsa here is fresh and homemade. Onto the drinks, Margarita Garden offers an out of this world selection on specially curated margaritas that will make any margarita lover happy.I’ve had the opportunity to experience them all and none disappoint. I HIGHLY recommend this spot and all the restaurants under Chef Johnny Hernandez. You will become an addict for this exceptional food and amazing drinks.
Delicious hamburgers! I ordered the chile con queso burger with no fries, & a water! The hamburger on its own was a decent size & tasted so good! The beans in the hamburger was a great addition! It was smokey & so cheesy! There are condiments on the table if you need more, but mine had great flavors & didn’t need anything else! We arrived about 30 minutes after they opened on a Saturday. The waitress was very nice, but it took a little bit to get menus & our order in when there was only one other 2 person party in the restaurant.Once we got our order in, the food came out pretty quickly! The same thing happened with our check, we had to go find the waitress to pay for our food. The woman’s bathroom was clean.
Went today with a group coworkers after one of them highly recommended them.We were all disappointed.First off, when we walked in, we were hit with the intense fumes of someone using spray enamel on a murual. We sat there for 30 minutes before they finally opened the doors to air the place out. After 40 minutes of waiting, we finally got our food. There seemed to be only one cook working during lunch. Overall, it was an extremely lackluster burger.Everyone's patties were severely well done to the point of dry.The patties we bland with no seasoning.Oddly, everyone's bottom bun was toasted/grilled to the point of being hard. The Tater Tots de Mexicana were just tater tots with Pico de Gallo and maybe a teaspoon of queso and chili. Extremely overpriced.A burger, tots and sweat tea will run you around $30.
